If that wheel would have fallen off on the way home, I'm sure there would of been legal proceedings... Hopefully I'll never have to need Chale Tire again... People, always get a receipt when it comes to tires. You never know. Plus, in my whole life. I have never striped a stud... Dumb ass......!
April 30th at 4pm I needed a tire repair, so I stopped in at Chale Tire in MN. As soon as I pulled up, a women came out. She basically said; " what do you want " ? With a scowl on her face in an unhappy voice. I told her I needed a tire repair. As it turned out, it was a valve stem. The service guy got right on it, however as he was putting the wheel back on he stripped the stud and lug. I took my chance and dove back to Winnipeg with one less lug on the wheel. I understand stuff happens, so I sucked it up and paid the bill. The owner was a miserable guy too. He did not want to even give me a receipt.
